Terms and Conditions

Welcome to the Non-Attorney Special Education Advocate Training course (NASEAT®), licensed by PASEN® (Parent Alliance for Students with Exceptional Needs), based in Nogales, Arizona.

Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) carefully before accessing or using the NASEAT® website, platform, and course materials (“Services”).

1. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing or accessing any part of the NASEAT® course, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not access or use the Services.

2. License and Access

Upon purchase, you are granted a non-transferable, non-sublicensable, limited license to access the digital course materials and printable workbook for personal use only.

  • Access is limited to one year from the date of purchase.
  • If purchased through a PASEN® membership, access continues while the membership remains active.

3. Intellectual Property

All materials, including but not limited to the NASEAT® course content, printable workbooks, videos, and text, are protected under U.S. Copyright law and are the sole property of Michelle Reed-Harris.

You may not:

  • Copy, reproduce, share, distribute, modify, translate, screenshot, record, or create derivative works of any content.
  • Post or share any content in public or private forums, networks, or databases.
  • Use course materials for commercial training or advising purposes.

4. Account Policy

Accounts are for individual use only. Sharing your login or allowing others to access your account will result in immediate termination without refund.

5. Refund Policy

NASEAT® is a digital product. No refunds are issued once a user logs into the course. Please review all course descriptions and policies before purchase.

6. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

NASEAT® is an educational tool and does not provide legal advice or representation. We are not liable for any outcomes, interpretations, or actions taken based on course content.

Your use of the material is at your own risk. We do not guarantee results or success in advocacy efforts.

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the United States and its territories, including military bases abroad. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved under the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts in the U.S.

8. Third-Party Services

We use third-party platforms such as:

  • Stripe and PayPal for payment processing.
  • LearnDash for course delivery.

By using our services, you also agree to the terms of those third-party providers.

9. Modifications

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of NASEAT® after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
